  1. Children of all ages are allowed, but pregnant women and persons with serious health conditions are not permitted to enter.
  2. Each guest is required to present any ONE (1) of the following:
    1. A VALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATE SIGNED BY A LICENSED DOCTOR (NOT by a barangay chairman or any government official) that the person is negative from COVID-19, shows no symptoms of COVID-19, and is not asymptomatic. Medical certificates are valid for seven (7) days only. Therefore, it is advisable to get a medical certificate 3-5 days before your check-in date.
    2. A VALID COVID-19 PCR TEST SHOWING NEGATIVE RESULT. The test is valid for seven (7) days upon receipt of negative result.
    3. A VALID COVID-19 ANTIGEN/ RAPID TEST SHOWING NEGATIVE RESULT. The test is valid for seven (7) days upon receipt of negative result.
  3. Each guest is required to send a copy of any ONE (1) of the three aforementioned requirements (medical certificate signed by a licensed physician, COVID-19 PCR test showing negative result, OR COVID-19 antigen/rapid test showing negative result) 3-5 days BEFORE check-in date for verification at (All documents are submitted to the Department of Tourism).
  4. ALL PERSONS arriving in the same vehicle should have ONE (1) of the three acceptable documents mentioned in item number 2 above: a) medical certificate signed by a licensed physician, b) negative COVID-19 PCR test, or c) negative antigen COVID-19 rapid test. This also applies to children, drivers, and helpers.
  5. The hotel cannot be held liable if you are denied passage at the check points due to incorrect or insufficient documents.
  6. All guests are encouraged to create their own QR code provided by the DOT, called SAFEPASS, prior to their check-in date. This is to avoid long lines caused by manually filling in the health declaration forms at the front desk. You can create your SAFEPASS QR CODE online thru



  1. Do I have to pay an entrance fee?
    Overnight guests do not need to pay an entrance fee, but visitors for the day do.
  2. Do kids need to pay the full/adult fee?
    Infants up to 6-years-old can share the existing bed with breakfast for P150 (net)
    7-12 years old with extra bed and breakfast for P700 (net)
    13-years-old and above with extra bed set-up and breakfast for P1,000 (net)
  3. How much for a day trip to Matabungkay?
    Adults: PhP 400.00
    Children (5-12 years old): PhP 350.00
    Children under 4 years old: FREE
  4. How much to rent huts for a day trip?
    Day visitors can rent out huts/cabanas by the beach on a first come, first served basis.

    Acacia Huts Small (beachfront) – PHP 2,000.00 good for 8-10 persons

  5. How big and deep are the swimming pools?
    Old pool near Café Caballero -225 sqm, 6 ft deep
    Kiddie pool – 50 sqm, 3 ft deep
    New swimming pool – 360 sqm, 4.5 ft deep
  6. What are the operating hours of the pools?
    Pools can be used 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
  7. What hours can we swim in the beach?
    6:00 am until 6:00 pm
  8. What are the hours of the Wave Bar and what can we do there?
    The Wave Sports bar is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm (Entrance Fee PhP 150 per head, use of 1 hr billiards or 1 hour darts or 1 hour table tennis and a drink). There are billiard tables, darts, table tennis, a karaoke machine, and a bar. Drinks and bar snacks are served.

  10. Does the resort have elevators?
    No, the resort does not have elevators. Guests must use the stairs. The Deluxe Suites, Family Rooms, and Superior Family Rooms are located on the third floor.


  1. Standard Check-in time: 2:00pm. Check-out time: 12:00pm
  2. Check-out after 12:00pm is subject to one day rate charge.
  3. Bringing of food and beverages into the hotel is not allowed. However, special requests may be arranged prior to arrival, subject to corkage fees.

    - Hard liquor (local & Imported) - PhP 500.00 per bottle
    - Wine (local or imported) - PhP 500.00 per bottle

  4. Swimming pools are open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm only. Proper swimwear is required. Wearing of jeans, non-swimming shorts, or shirts (short or cut sleeves) and immodest apparel will not be allowed.
  5. No horse playing shall be allowed in the swimming pool and around the swimming pool area.
  6. No guest shall be allowed to swim in the pool while intoxicated.
  7. Excessive noise or loud music is not allowed after 10:00 pm.
  8. No pets are allowed inside the room and resort/hotel premises. A fine of PhP 3,000.00 per day will be charged to those who violate.
  9. All forms of deadly and concealed weapons are not allowed inside the hotel/resort premises, including illegal drugs and its paraphernalia.
  10. Hotel guests will not be allowed to go outside the resort/hotel premises after 9:00 pm without the proper authorization from the Group Organizer (if part of a company) and Hotel Management for safety reasons.
  11. The Management shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings, valuables and other personal effects left unattended while inside the hotel/resort premises.
  12. Smoking / vaping is prohibited in ALL ROOMS. Guests may smoke/vape at the designated smoking areas only. Any violation will be charged PhP 3,000.00 per day.
  13. Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Property
    1. Guests are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), hotel’s premises, or property caused by his/her or any person in his/her party -- whether or not staying at the hotel -- during your stay. The Hotel reserves the right to retain the credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, in its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred. Including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, etc..
    2. Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charged at 100% of the full and new replacement value. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
  14. Damage to Mattress, Linens, and Beddings
    1. Damage to mattresses and linens including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged item. This will be charged at 100% of the full and new replacement value. Upon checking-out of the room, towels and other linens provided in the room set-up must be left in the respective rooms based on the number of occupants. Otherwise, guest will be charged accordingly.
  15. Stained or lost towels will be charged P700.00.
  16. No Cooking / Cooking Appliances
  17. Preparation of food in guest rooms using any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. The hotel will confiscate any cooking equipment. The hotel reserves the right to impose a minimum fee of PhP 1,500 for violation.
